Taking an innovative approach to designing the robust connections Diago have used fine metric thread on the insides of the jacks as opposed to coarse imperial thread to allow for a tight reliable hand lock system. Each cap has a sleek machine cut coin slot on the top allowing you to tighten and construct patch leads on the go without any additional tools.
Utilizing a design with no loose components what so ever the Diago Patchfactory patch cables are designed to avoid soldering and cable stripping by incorporating a simple sharp pin at the centre of the jack to make the connection with the central multi-strand wires making them extremely easy to construct.
The Diago Patchfactory utilizes Diago UK designed cable that has a super-low capacitance of 30pF/ft (approx. 100pF/m) to prevent the treble roll-off caused by the high capacitance of poor quality cables.
Designed with versatility in mind Diago have created the heads of the jack ports to be discrete and as compact as possible allowing small pedal boards or players with large amounts of pedals to save room and put the pedals as close together as possible.
Also employing a unique design tweak that allows for the cable to be fractionally thinner the Diago Patchfactory Patch Cables give you the ability to arrange your cabling more precisely and effectively whether bending round corners or through small gaps.
