Yamaha's years of expertise in the manufacture of acoustic pianos has been used to create a keyboard that offers a remarkably natural feel. The YDP-135R has an 88 note, touch sensitive keyboard and Graded Hammer action with keys that have a heavier touch in the low end and a lighter touch in the high end. The touch sensitivity is variable, select the hard, medium or soft setting to match your playing style or finger strength. Turn off the sensitivity for a fixed response setting, ideal when playing organ.

Advanced Wave Memory (AWM) Stereo Sampling

AWM (Advanced Wave Memory) is a sampling system which recreates sounds close to that of an acoustic instrument. By using digital sampling and filtering technology to record a Yamaha Concert Grand piano, AWM delivers a high-quality, spacious, stereo grand piano sound. Ideal for someone purchasing the YDP-135 to save space without having to compromise on the acoustic sound.

Built-in Extras

The one-track sequencer allows you to record a single performance and play it back instantly. Ideal for review or to play along with, there's also a built-in metronome to help you stay in perfect time. 50 classic piano performances are stored in the piano for instant recall, and feature in the included music book, "50 Greats for the Piano" .These songs can be used for background music or as a learning reference. The built-in soft, sostenuto, and damper pedals complete the piano playing experience.

YDP-135 has a compact and stylish design that fits perfectly in a wide range of environments. A sliding key cover is provided for when the instrument is not in use.

Courier Delivery

This option is free for this product, and is a 'to your door' service. You may need to help the delivery driver as this product comes packaged in large boxes!

There are several options to select, including AM and Saturday services. This option may not be suitable if you are unable to help the driver if required, or if you need the piano delivering upstairs but you don't have anyone else available to help.

2 Man Delivery Service

If you select this option, two delivery personnel will deliver the piano boxes to any ground floor room of your choice, rather than just your front door.
