Offering an envelope filter with a classic, funky auto wah, the neutrino pedal offers a filter sound that is triggered by the attack and strength of your picking. Producing a harder wah the harder you pick, the Keeley pedal can go from a deep round warmth to shinning brilliance. Designed with perfectly tuned opto-coupler to produce a rich, warm depth, the pedal can individually express your solo notes and create incredible vowel sounds..
The Neutrino pedal has 3 control knobs to shape the effects sound, and 2 switches to adjust the type of effect the pedal produces. The pedal’s gain control can be used to set the input level at different strengths, allowing the pedal to pick up the trigger from your instrument. This control is best used when playing an open string or single note, and then adjusted until you get the desired effect. The peak control can be adjusted to give the effect a sharp or flat sound to create either a mellow type wah to a quaky type wah. The pedal’s filter selector offers three different filters to choose from, a low pass, a base pass, and a high pass. The low pass cuts out the highs, only letting the lows through. The band pass trims the highs and lows, allowing a smooth midrange to pass. The high pass cuts any lows and makes the pedal operate at high frequencies.
The two switches are used to change the type of frequency the pedal produces. The range switch adjusts what type of frequency is being produced, either hi or lo. A hi frequency accentuates higher notes for a brighter sounding wah, and a lo frequency emphasizes the lower registers of your sound. The drive switch provides control over the direction of the filter sound, either producing a wah that goes up in frequency, or a wah that goes down n frequency.
