Active Integration

If you own a PreSonus StudioLive AI mixer, Studio One 2.6's Active Integration will enable you to record and mix quicker and easier than ever. Active Integration gives you complete control over the StudioLive AI mixer's double Fat Channel mixer presets directly from the Studio One 2.6 software. If you've recorded a session in the Capture 2.1 recording software, all your Fat Channel mixer presets are saved to the Capture file. When you open that Capture file in Studio One 2.6 to edit and mix, all of your Fat Channel settings will already set up in the Studio One mixer!

In PreSonus Studio One Professional 2.6, Ampire XT has received a complete overhaul, with all-new cabinet impulse responses and reworked amp models for a giant boost in sound quality. Editing of automation envelopes, audio export arrangement, the ability to re-record from buses, drag-and-drop effects directly onto events in the arrangement, built-in parallel processing on PreSonus Native Effects, and the ability to instantly apply or remove legato from MIDI tracks is made easier and faster.

Transient detection and editing

You are able to quantize multitrack drums using Transient detection in just two easy steps: 1) group all of your drums together, and 2) quantize. Transient Analysis and Phase-Coherent Quantization is all taken care of for you by Studio One Professional 2.6.
