Ohm Force Symptohm

Ohm Force Symptohm is a hybrid sampler/synth plug-in. Powered by two proprietary SyncGrain Oscillators (SGOs), a ring-modulatable sub-oscillator and a noise generator, Symptohm offers a unique take on synthesis. Each of the two SGO oscillators uses a looping audio sample as a waveform source which can be pitch-shifted, stretched and played backwards, allowing you to take traditional samples and create an entirely new sound.

Finding a sonic signature is made even more possible with the inclusion of the Quad Frohmage filter plug-in within the architecture of Symptohm. This four-band filter offers a huge range of different modes from classic low and high-passes, band-pass, peak and notch filters along with analog-modelled filters from classic American synthesizers to add grit and character to your sound. Designed to support playability and expressive human feeling, the Melohman technology lets you take advantage of full MIDI compatibility to command preset changes via a hardware controller, in 1 among 7 different modes, with the possibility to customise morphing speed. Should you ever find yourself running out of inspiration, Symptohm comes included with 1000+ presets, letting you explore a whole world of synth tones to implement into your project.
